Stagecoach network weekly ticket.

Just a thought,this one.

I use a Stagecoach North West Megarider Gold ticket almost every week for £26.70 which i think is excellent value as it covers an area from Chester to Dumfries/Newcastle up on Tyne.

However it is not valid on Stagecoach Manchester which also operate services in the North West.

I would also like to travel around the North East and Scotland,so i think a network megarider weekly ticket would be a good idea as it would be valid on all Stagecoach buses in the country.

A fair price for it in my opinion would be say £40

Any ideas folks?

I would think that it would be a lot more than £40, as Bluebird charge over £40 for some of their weekly tickets.

If you want Scotland or most of it, East Scotland sell an East Scotland Dayrider which can be used on all services in East Scotland and can be used as far as Glasgow and Edinburgh, and you can even travel to Aberdeen on the X7

This is the information regarding it from the Stagecoach website...

East Scotland dayrider £14.30 adult, £7.20 child, £9.50 student
travel on all Stagecoach services throughout Fife, Perth & Kinross, Stirling, Dundee, Angus, Forth Valley and as far as Glasgow, Livingston, Edinburgh and Aberdeen on service X7 only.
