Staff on non-ganwayed sets

It's been made explicit since that it's only the front 3 cars accommodated. (As someone who signs this station.....)

Is that as a result of the delay opening a local door in both sets used to cause? Or was what I saw a one off? I noticed it cause a dwell well over the booked minute!

On the TPE 185+185 formations the guard works in the rear set and the revenue inspectors work the front set, collectively checking the tickets.
