It could or could not be. Mobico put in for Manchester, and Rotala also have experience of franchising in Manchester.

We'll have to wait and see; after all, with their experience of Manchester t3, Metroline might not fancy taking on another large piece of business just yet?

Yes you are right. Rotala I had forgotten about whilst Mobico is off my radar entirely.
