South Eastern Fare Evasion

Please, I had a fare evasion on southeastern and they sent me letter about 3 weeks. I replied the letter last week opting for an out of court settlement and pleading it won’t happen again. My question now is how long does it takes them to reply the letter. I am curious because I don’t want it to escalate further.

They have up to six months to decide if they wish will offer to settle rather than prosecute. Be patient - it could well be a few weeks yet.

As previously outlined - this could be a painful waiting game. They’ve up to six months from the date of the offence to lodge a prosecution.

If you’re certain you have replied, I’d await further correspondence.

I think you mean fare evasion - fair evasion means something completely different

Yes.. I replied them already, I sent the letter through Royal Mail and I have tracked that they have received it.. I will await their response..thank you

Hello veteran, I got a letter from southEastern railway outing for an out of court settlement. I was asking to pay an administrative cost of £150 along side the fares I evaded which was around £83. Had made the payment. Thank you for all your responses.
