Sleeper Host 17.5hr shift query ? Fort William

Hi , I am hoping that someone could explain to me how the 17.5hr week shifts would work from Fort William on the Caledonian Sleeper?

Sleeper hosts at Fort William go all the way to London, so (average of) 1 return trip a week instead of two. Or it could be potentially be some sort of job share arrangement

Yes 17.5hr just sounds like 1/2 of the work of a standard 35hr work.
