The shop in Glenridding had a selection of 00 gauge models a few years ago - Still have a Bachmann wagon that I bought from there.

Crikey was there just three days ago, after a long walk via the Sawreys to Ambleside.
Don't recall a model shop, but did visit the Co-op and a cracking pub for food.
