Section 22 permits and PCV MOT

Hello,

I have 2 queries.

1) What class of MOT is relevant to a PCV? I thought it was Class 6 but I can’t seem to find this defined.

2) What are the maintenance requirements for a vehicle operated with a Section 22 permit? Is it the same as a PCV? Do these vehicles also need a PCV MOT (class 6?) each year or is it a Class 5?
