Govia wasn't perfect but since the OLR has taken over I have noticed a downgrade in timeliness for Southeastern. A frequent trip I do is to Canterbury, changing at Ramsgate, but more often than not my first train is delayed by an amount significant enough to make me miss the connection at Ramsgate. The trains also appear to have become slightly dirtier but that may be hysteria. However, I definitely have noticed trains being maintained worse, with more toilets being broken on trains (with PIS boards showing the oddly funny 'Reduced Toilets' warning) either entirely or without dryers or water, and trains being noticeably tatty. The Class 395s are looking a bit worn inside but they're getting a refurbishment soon. The Class 375s and 377s often have ripped moquette or moquette hanging out from the base of the seats. I have not travelled on any Networkers or 376s recently but I dread to think what they're like, only helped a little by the Class 376's upcoming refurbishment.
