Screw Couplers

SCREW COUPLERS, per UIC|Brit|Euro Standards, for use with 0.62m Buffers.
Easily combined with Loco|Car exteriors using a *.ANIMATED [INCLUDE].

Now fully "Self Configuring" as cars with these couplers & buffers are added to a train, meaning:
the 1st Car's Front (End-A) & the 1st~Last Car's Rear (End-B) couplers are always Idle(Hanging),
the 2nd~Last Car's Front (End-A) couplers are animated in Slack(Coupled) or Tension(Pulling) Mode.
