Ryanair cancelled a flight I am booked on and the website gives me two options: a refund or rebook.

If I choose rebook, the button doesn't always work. When it does, it tells me I can "1. Choose new flight for free - Select any flight from our entire network and choose the dates that best suit you..." but it then either lets me select the flight then gives an error, or it tries to charge me for the flight.

Does anyone know how to make it work, and can you actually select any flight from their entire network?

Thanks :)

I can't help on the second point, but I've found Ryanair's flight change page doesn't work very well (read 'doesn't work at all') on a mobile device. If you haven't tried already, try using a laptop or PC. I've also seen the same issue regarding trying to charge when it should be free but don't have a solution to that one unfortunately.

Worth checking of course whether the flight you intend to change to is cheaper than the one you had. If it is, you'll want to refund and rebook anyway, as you'll get the difference back that way. If it's more expensive, obviously you'll want the change to work.
