RST Online without card?

My daughter's just turned 5 so I've applied for the RST Online card under my account, the validation email stated the turnaround is up to 6 weeks. I'm guessing I can't use the validation email as any sort of proof so will have to purchase full price child tickets in the interim?

No, the email will not be accepted as proof. You need to wait until her card arrives.
