Which I assume is PfPI (Process for Performance Improvement) delay. Can anyone point me to where I can find this process or is this something only an internal candidate would know (i.e. the candidate has already been selected)? I've had a look at https://www.orr.gov.uk and https://www.networkrail.co.uk, couldn't find the process.
