RMT Network Rail strike effect on TfL ?

I'm sorry if this is a well-known topic but I have searched and not found the answer. I need to understand the likely effects of the RMT Network Rail strike on 5 November 2022 on tube services. I'm pretty sure I have previously read that some outer lines share signalling with Network Rail and cannot operate on strike days - I guess the Bakerloo to Harrow & Wealdstone and the District line to Richmond? What about the Heathrow extension of the Piccadilly? Thanks.

Bakerloo north of Queen’s Park, and the Richmond branch of the District (from Gunnersbury) are signalled by NR.

The Picc at Heathrow is not.

what I can’t tell you is whether the lines are open or not during strike action. I think they are open, but with restricted hours

District from East Putney to Wimbledon is also NR signalled, services usually start around 0730

Indeed, I forget that it is NR signalled, but LU owned.
