With regards to the 'Cityzap' service starting, is anyone yet any more familiar over the use of ENCTS passes?

I don't know but I'm guessing that they've gone into the BSOG/ENCTS issues quite carefully and decided that it can be run without accepting those concessions. At least that allows them to change their mind at a later date if necessary.

The new York - Leeds Cityzap service is a registered local bus service, so normal BSOG/ENCTS conditions should apply.
