Does anybody know when the new GBR app will be released?

At the moment there hasn't even been a tender for any GBR web/app services.
Based on typical timescales you would expect it to take at least a year, if not two, from the publication of any tender for such an app to go live. Then again, it could be quicker if an incumbent supplier wins the contract.

It could even just be a rebrand of an existing app.
