Hi all - anyone having issues with Railsmartr pricing? I booked a couple of tickets with them and, stupidly, only afterwards checked the operator's own website which showed them at about half of Railsmartr's price. Is there a rationale explanation or is this an error with their pricing/other issue?
Edit: Just to add that Railsmartr were excellent on comms when I emailed them about this and refunded the offending tickets already. Speedy communications has been a hallmark of their service so I am glad to see it also applied here!
Screenshots below - the outbound Chip-Pad leg is affected but not the return. I wonder is the split fare inflating the cost.
Had been using Railsmartr for the past year without issue, but now I'm wondering have I been paying a premium over the operator's price for some tickets over this time.
