RailDriver for BVE4?

Hi all,
I know that you can get RD to work for BVE4 by changing the controller in setting to TSController but i get a list of 4 different alternatives:

COM1
COM2
COM3
COM4

I choose 1-3 and it made BVE Crash and i choose 4 and it worked but RD wouldn't work but the keyboard would.

Anyone help please?
