I had recently received a pcn for not having a up to date railcard as I had not realised it was updated since November 2024. I paid the penalty but I am wondering if there will be any other action taken as they took a picture of my digital ticket on Trainline and I have been travelling without a railcard for about 30 trips.

They will in all likelihood investigate your travel history and ask you to provide proof that you had a valid railcard for those journeys.
As you were not stopped during those journeys they have no proof it was you who travelled.
This creates quite a dilemma. You could on the one hand fess up in which case you are facing a sizeable settlement if indeed they offer one. They could issue proceedings but as they have no proof they are unlikely to take this course of action unless of course you have admitted your guilt. You could alternatively ignore their letter when they send it. The TOC could then decide to issue civil proceedings.
It really depends on how much appetite you have for risk or peace of mind. There have been some lengthy threads discussing the pros and cons of each course of action.

That doesn't happen often with rail companies, apart from TfL. If you cooperate with Southeastern, they're likely to settle before it gets to court.
