Rail markings

Near where the 3 ridings meet
Branding marks on new rail rolled in the web.
Obvious marks are Manufacturer e.g.CORUS
Year rolled and weight 56 etc
But what do the rail grade marks look like?
Or what does a horizontal bar about 30 mm long with another about 15mm long above it signify?
