Provision for town bus services.

The 'Bus service improvement plan' seems to be largely focused on interurban routes, and where I am, the services that went round the houses have recently been cut so they pretty much just serve the main roads. Should this sort of service get more funding?

Yes, and even smaller towns should give consideration for arranging park and ride type facilities at the outer termini so as to encourage additional use.
