Unless I have a case of the Mandela Effect, I am sure there used to be a Wikipedia page for Pre Metro Operations, which runs the Stourbridge Shuttle. However, a search on Wikipedia reveals nothing, as if the article never existed. Am I missing something or is it genuinely not there?

Usually if an article has been deleted (often because the subject isn't considered notable) it will say "This article has been deleted".
Looks like that article was deleted in early 2021 and merged into the Stourbridge branch line one.

Yes, it was deleted in February 2021 on the grounds that the company did not meet the standard of notability required for it to have its own article, and that the relevant information was already covered in other articles.
