I'm trying to find this sleeper on DB website and it recommends a bus to munich or IC train to Dresden then change onto a sleeper from there.

Has this been withdrawn?

Me and my mum are wanting to travel from Prague to Amsterdam with an en suite bathroom on Monday July 2nd on the 1829 CNL.

DB is now for some reason giving me a choice of a Double, is this just two bunks in one room? or 2 singles, is this 2 rooms?

Thanks, gd value at £99 Each.

Also using the Paris-Munich sleeper at £99 Each on 30th June. Should I be concerned of missing the connection onto the 0727 RailJet to Vienna with the sleeper due in at 0710?

I personally think that connection is too tight. Although I have no personal experience of the Paris-Munich sleeper, other sleeper trains are often delayed and even a 15 minute delay could cause you to miss that connection.

Yes, you may well be concerned. I use that service often and it has missed the connection several times. However, you can use the service at 9:27 instead if you miss the connection. Just go to the Servicepoint and show your ticket, it's in front of platform 19

Oh ok, haven't booked it yet. Any ideas for any art deco/nouveau places to visit between Munich and Prague, might leave Vienna for another trip.

I definitely think 17 minutes is tight for an important connection.

The sleepers are usually on time but at the same time cover long distances and you only need one 20 minute delay to scupper you. You don't want to be sitting there really on edge for the whole journey because you leave Paris 15 late, do you?

@burns, I suspect not. Just like the Bayern-Boehmen tickets can't be bought in Czech Republic

@scarby, I wouldn't be too worried about leaving Paris late, the sleepers spend ages in Mannheim splitting & joining
