Timetable World has managed to find, and scan, almost all regional BR timetables 1948-1973. These are now available to download from the website at: https://timetableworld.com/great-britain-railway-series/

But, how do we find the missing 18 books? It would be best if we were able to work with private collectors. They will be scanned non-destructively, then returned.

Indeed. Any timetable - bus, train, ferry or air, UK or anywhere else. Just check on the site to make sure its not already there then ask as there is some stuff awaiting or undergoing scanning.

Thanks to Matt to providing the servers to make TTW possible.

Timetable World doesn't, but from May 1974 BR began producing the GBTT - the all-line timetable replacing the individual region's ones.

Though the Southern and Scottish Regions did continue producing their own region timetables.

All timetables from May 1974 onwards are also available on TTW now anyway.
