Just a wee bit of news.
The new carriage sidings at Orient Way opened for business today with all the traffic that previously went into Thornton Fields now taking a left through Stratford P12 and along the Temple Mills line to the new facility.
In order for the paths to be made available, some of the WA Stratford services have had to be rejigged. Instead of always using P12 we now have to use P11 from time to time which means that the "High Meads Loop" has become a booked route for some services (e.g. 0925 SRA-SSD) rather than just a diversion.
