There will indeed be the chance of Mainline in future. However, at current rates & Depot compliments you are looking at AT LEAST 3 years at Ilford and Gidea and AT LEAST 5 at Southend Vic before you even start Mainline training, which will be another year start to finish, plus the wait for a space on Mainline roster. This is not to discourage, just to advise. Overtime limited due to all Depots being full, so make sure you are prepared for a long wait. That said, as one already in system at the Vic, and loving it, I happy to help if anyone has any questions.
