There was a discreetly written log item - a good while ago , when a lady traveller opened a compartment EPB door at the suburban station of Mottingham (off peak) to find a gentleman "starkers" , so she called for the services of the guard.
A real life story , of a good friend , who worked at St George's Tooting on the late turn and went back to South Wimbledon when the Northern line was a bit sketchy and 59 stock was the norm. An almost stereotypical dirty old man was in the car , so she kept her distance. Once the train got going , said old so and so ,stood up and exposed himself to her - so she curtly told him (unfazed) to put his exposure away.
Next stop she had a word with the guard (remember them on the Tube) , who arranged assistance , closed the train up and the BTP did the rest.
