Hi everyone, happy to say I received and out of court settlement for £99.20 which has now been paid! Thanks everyone for your help!! It has been a very stressful few months and I’ve definitely learned my lesson

That's a good result - thanks for updating - your thread is helpful as it shows the timeline from start to finish which people often ask about how long these things take to resolve and you will have helped by illustrating that
