Lots of PTE areas are experiencing station improvements. Centro (West Midlands PTE) have secured funding for PIS at almost every station in their area.

I'd be surprised if it actually was Northern who paid for the PIS/signs in the GMPTE area.

Alnmouth and Morpeth definately have new signs, saw them coming back down on Saturday. Chathill might have done too, came through there pretty damn quick though so not sure.

Still an Arriva-liveried 142 on a Morpeth run on Saturday afternoon though, was noted in a siding to the north of the station whilst we crawled through (crawling due to the sharp curve and a 20mph TSR), wish I could have seen which one it was...Gotta clear the bloody things!

As for the warm-store ones, bound to head south soon, either getting the road to Canton or the Marsh! I'd put money on them getting the Canton road though.
