North Downs Line Today - No Trains?

RTT shows no trains through Dorking Deepdene today, despite there being no industrial action on GWR today and the engineering work being between Reading and Blackwater only, with an hourly service supposed to be running from Blackwater to Gatwick. Any ideas why the whole line appears to be shut? NRE has no clues.
