No fourth Brighton Express service for December

The Office of Rail Regulation (ORR) has taken the decision not to allow us to introduce a fourth off peak and Saturday train each hour between Brighton and Victoria from the timetable change on 12 December.

That's a shame, I was hoping it'll make the trains less crowded!
