Hello!
I am intending on travelling to London slightly earlier than 10am and I have a network railcard
I note that there is a list of services which allow you to use the network railcard before 10am: https://www.network-railcard.co.uk/download/clientfiles/files/NR_Easements_18_May_2026.pdf
The train I wish to use is listed: the Marks Tey 09:49 service, this train then calls at Kelvedon a few minutes later.
Say I purchase the Marks Tey to London Terminals off-peak day return ticket (discounted with the network railcard).
Would I be permitted to join the train at Kelvedon?
The journey planner for this exact ticket states:
Thanks

The journey planner for this exact ticket states:
- BREAK OF JOURNEY
You may start, break and resume, or end your journey at any intermediate station along the route of travel.
Thanks
