Ticket fraud &c is one thing, but coming here and making multiple posts acting like it's a big mystery when in fact you know exactly what happened is not really a very good use of the forum.

It would really help the OP if the whole saga had been dealt with in a timely fashion so that forum members could give the correct advice to the real situation well in time for the OP to respond appropriately

Where as the company is Avanti West Coast
So is it legitimate ?

Provided you went via the correct link then it should be fine.

Now you have paid it please do keep a copy of your payment confirmation. Also it is important you reply to Avanti straight away to let them know you have paid the fee so they don't accidentally refer it to Transport Investigations Limited.
