Just found this site.
Is it new? Who set it up, and does it charge any fees to book?
also how does it compare to Trainline and Train company booking sites?

There is plenty of information on the site about who they are, there is a 90p booking fee and £1.50 postage charge.

However, they did seem to allow reservations on a number of 'unusual' routes.
