On the 17/2/09 I was at Reading West train spotting When I saw a loco I didnt recognise. Its number was 999701, it was in Network Rail livery. It lloked some kind of Eurapean DMU its a pity I didnt have my camara. I hadnt seen anything like it in any photographs either. I dont think it was an engeneering rolling stock. Can any of you shed some light on the subject?
