Minimum topups on travel smartcards

It's possible to top up an Oyster card with 5p at non-Tube TVMs - using cash OR card.

Are there any other countries / cities with a smartcard where it is possible to top up at a machine with a tiny amount?

Closest I know is Melbourne's myki which has a $1 minimum.

Most restrictive may be Auckland's atHop which charges 25c per topup!
