Mail trains around Carlisle

Can anyone advise me the times for the "Mail Trains" (Class 325 if i recall)? I'm goin to Carlisle in Mid august and hope to see some... Another one is the Workington Docks stuff? Does anyone have paths for those trains?

01:05 1S55 2330 Warrington - Shieldmuir
17:19 1M44 1617 Shieldmuir - Warrington
18:48 1M03 1742 Shieldmuir - Warrington
21:35 1S96 1640 Willesden - Shieldmuir

Workington trains vary hugely. At the minute they are booked down Carlisle - Workington at around 6 on MON/WED/FRI. they return north through Carlisle at about 13:15 on the same days but they are temperamental depending on whether they come across from Tees Dock. On Fridays there are 2 china clay trains, one goes down to Workington Docks at about 15:15 following the 15:12 to Preston but has been known to run early. It returns at a booked half 7 but can be up to an hour early. Hope that helps, Steven (Carlisle regular)
