LUL Photo Pass

Does anybody know how to get a Non-Commercial LUL Photo Pass? they should be free, if you are not selling the photos, but where do you get them?

You shouldn't need a pass for photography on the London Underground as long as you don't use a tripod, don't cause obstructions, stay within passenger limits and don't sell your photos. Filming is not permitted on the London Underground without a pass, which you have to pay for.

Do I care? No.

Did I have LUL staff with me at the time who works at 55 Broadway and was doing the same? Yes.

Was it the day of 38TS and therefore the filming rules were thrown out of the window? Yes.

For the record, any videos taken in the past are technically OK. You can just say you had permission from station staff. The problem is if you are caught filiming at a station without permission.

Its more to do with the use of the intellectual property rights of stations and logos being used for commercial work or for people making "amusing" videos, rather than someone recording a train for their pleasure!

Oh boy!!!!
I would assume my private collection of now long closed signal boxes on the Underground taken from the late 40’s up to the 60’s not only very rare but worth hanging onto even if they are only B&W.
Those taken in pre Cobourg Control Centre are in Colour and even more desirable? They are my personal recollections of happier times before Health & Safety made life sheer hell?
Like others, we did what we did because it was and interest and a hobby.

Well i don't know where you get the idea for paying to record videos,becuase you don't need a pass all you need to do is apply the safty rules and your fine, i have recorded many videos of the london underground and nobody told me off or not to d it.
