According to the Wikipedia quote below, London Underground used to use two Hunslet tank engines as part of its departmental stock. They were numbered L30 and L31. Does anyone know anyhting more about these engines? I'm very interested in Leeds-built standard gauge locomotives and I wasn't aware of this part of their life until now.

After the District Railway had electrified in 1907 it sold most of its locomotives, but in 1925 two locomotives (No. 33 and No 34) remained for departmental use.[30] In 1926 No. 33 was scrapped and replaced by Metropolitan Railway A Class No. 22, which became District No. 35.[195] These were replaced in 1931 by two 0-6-0T goods locomotives bought from the Hunslet Engine Company. When they passed to London Transport in 1933 were numbered L.30 and L.31 and subsequently withdrawn in 1963.[195]

Thanks!
