I've recently passed my PTS (Blue Hat), and completed an Apprenticeship Level 2 NVQ P-Way Engineering. I also hold Track Circuit Induction, DCCR, OLEC 1 along with the following competencies: Manual Handing, Fire Awareness, EFAW. Impact Wrench, Ballast Packer, Brushcutter/Strimmer

Is anyone able to point me in the right direction in terms of perm jobs? I've applied like crazy and haven't had any luck. Im based around Cardiff area but open to ideas and such
