Nope. But I'm fully aware that any vaccine we get is unlikely to be 100% effective.
And nor does it have to be.
A vaccine with the takeup and effectiveness to give us herd immunity would enable all restrictions to be dropped.
A less effective vaccine would let use decrease restrictions while still preventing infections from increasing.
