Is there a book with just the tube numbers in it to show which ones I have had for haulage?

Seconded on the above^. It's certainly the most accurate stock book around and also provides a wealth of additional information that is of interest to even the most casual of observers.

And a bargain at £9.95 in my eyes!

Is there ( or will there be) a publication that 'carries on' from the two Capital publications that stop at 1960
Would like to see details of the C and D stock
The 59 et seq tube stock
the 83 stock
prototype units
S7 and 8 but possibly too new
