Wandering around lots of tunnels between platforms on different lines recently made me wonder whether there's any information anywhere about how far it is between the various lines/platforms at interchange stations.

Can anyone help please?

Cheers.

Depends on what you're talking about - for example the vertical distance between different lines at certain stations?

Here's a document I downloaded in 2002 from the tfl website, which was freely available until early 2006! Doesn't give distances but is quite useful nonetheless.

One piece of advice - don't print it out and carry it around with you. When I was at Highgate station in 2006 having a look at and photographing the "disused" high-level platforms (from the public areas), I was stopped and searched by the police under the prevention of terrorism legislation becuse I was "looking and acting suspiciously" and having a printed copy of this document aroused even more suspicion of my intentions! Took a while to convince them that I had obtained it legitimately and that it had been readily available on the tfl website until well after the events of 7/7/05.
