I'm afraid that details are more or less nothing, as far as I can find out this was the mid 1950s it appears some machinary or something along those lines was tested where the paint shop was. That is all I have been able to find out so far.

Been thinking about this and all I can come up with is Cold War, must have been something to do with protection perhaps?
