Just a quicky folks - can anyone confirm the permitted routes for a London Terminals-Darlington, and more specifically whether it's valid out of Paddington via Reading? I'm not near my laptop and need to win an argument!

Full list of routes:
EE
EE+NE
EE+WA
ER
ER+MM
ER+NE
ER+PS+MM
NE+EE+WA

All involve EE or ER, which are the two east coast main line maps, with minor variants, the most notable being that you can change onto the midland main line and go to St Pancras. Nothing for Reading or Paddington - it includes King's Cross, Liverpool Street and St Pancras only.

Though there must be plenty of tickets that are valid from Paddington & via Darlington if you want to split hairs. Certainly a London Terminals to pretty much any Scottish destination would have to be valid on AS.

What about?
Journeys from London Euston to Burton on Trent and stations via Derby, Sheffield, York, Newcastle and Edinburgh may travel via Birmingham New Street.

and London to Birmingham is valid via Reading, although I am not sure what difference it makes that it says Euston!
