This isn't actually a planning error. For a while, VSTP schedules could have the wrong speed in the data feeds and this was converted back to the correct speed by dividing by 2.24. 125÷2.24=55.8 which is what RTT is showing (rounded to 56). Rail Record shows 125mph.

As a random other example VSTP schedule
5C15 shows 45mph in RTT. A 387 would normally be pathed for 100mph 100/2.24=44.6, rounded to 45mph.
Maybe it's time for
@Tom to remove the conversion now it's no longer required?
