LNER cycle reservations - where's the proof?

It has been a while since I had a cycle reservation with LNER and last time I did I booked my tickets elsewhere then contacted LNER separately to book a bike space, at which point they sent me an email with it in.

I've just booked some tickets direct on the LNER website with a cycle space, and can't for the life of me see a bike reservation mentioned. I've attached the tickets emailed to me and which are downloadable from my LNER account. An I missing something?

Oh haha LNER sent a separate email confirming the bike space at the same time as the etickets. It went to my spam folder :(
