There seems to be disruption around Winchester today (14th), with disruption apparently continuing until the end of the day. Looking at Traksy shows the train describer berth in Winchester station Platform 2 marked 'NOGO', and the Baltic Sidings berth marked as 'BLOK'.

Does anyone know what specifically happened?
