Lincoln market - 55022

Hey all.

Since I live in Lincoln. Im wondering what's the arrangements are. Is it short enough to fit on the platform, or are we looking at another hst :)

Will it be staying in Lincoln station until its due to return, or will it be going off to a depot or something?

What coaching stock will be used, I'm guessing mk1's and maybe some mk2's?

And finally, is anything else interesting coming to Lincoln, I thin there is a hst on Saturday, but we have those every day now :)

I doubt it will fit on the platform - charters don't normally and the back will be hanging over the level crossing for a few minutes. Stock will be the SRPS rake which is Mk. 1s, plus a Mk. 2a TSO if it is included in the consist.

As "TheBlackWatch" said, it will hang off the platform and over the level crossing on High Street until everyone has alighted.
The train will then work empty to Barnetby to stable.

On the Friday, in addition to the Deltic Charter, there is a Charter from London Victoria and EMT are using a HST on Nottm - Lincoln services.
On Saturday an EMT HST will be used on a UK Railtours charter from St. Pancras and there will be a steam charter from Kings Cross. EMT will be using a HST on Nottm - Lincoln services again.

Train definitely won't fit in the platform, It's Deltic + Load 11 + Cl. 47 Dead on rear

The train will be composed of FKs, FOs, BSK, SOs and RMB - not sure of exact numbers

I'm not allowed to pass on the times, but they are readily available on scot-rail.co.uk. It's due in at 1140 and departs at 1612

Are full timetables available anywhere for these? Would like to know when the 9:16 off Derby leaves Nottingham, and if the 16:07 off Lincoln calls at Loughborough?

I don't think they'll let it hang over the High Street LC, as the whole of Lincoln stops when anything goes over it. I would have thought it would do what the EC HSTs do, and hand off over the Barnetby end, under Pelham Street Bridge?

The 09.16 ex Derby is 09.42 from Nottingham.

The 16.07 off Lincoln is the UK Railtours charter and doesn't call at Loughborough.

Hey all, I have a nice video of royal scots gray. However I've also seen an emt hst, And I saw a rake of Pullman coaches, But not what was pulling them. Although I'm sure I heard a kettle whistle. Anyone know when they will be returning to pick people up?
