I have acquired 2 level crossing gate lamps for restoration, one is marked BR (S) so I am assuming of the Southern region somewhere. They are nothing like the more standard square cast bodied versions.
Sadly only one has the inner burner. Its fitted with a curved reeded glass pre lens that disperses the light across the whole of the larger Fresnel lens and a plain glass lens for the smaller circular lens. Would love too find a second inner to get both working again
Does anybody know who manufactured these lamps and approximate age
