Level Crossing Accident on Casualty 7th August

I vaguely recall a comedy sketch from a few years ago, about an estate agent showing a prospective buyer around a house in "Holby". Accompanied by suitably doom laden music, as they went round the house you saw lots of exposed wiring, or leaking gas appliances, or loose floorboards, or tiles about to fall off the roof, etc.
(I may have the details wrong, but it really took the p*** out of these programmes very effectively).

Casualty isn't the only one which stretches credulity if Morse / Lewis / Endeavour were reality no one would probably be wanting to live in Oxford . (Though I must admit to being more tolerant of these series as a viewer than I was of Casualty as there is less of the predictability about each episode!)
